Description
This is a key position that supports the Aramark Corrections business for the implementation and support for CORE Banking, CORE Warehouse, and other project related efforts. The person will be one of the primary IT point of contacts for Corrections and will help facilitate the setup, implementation, roll out and support of all hardware and software applications. This person will maintain open communication with IT management to ensure system and process alignment.
• Install equipment and software
• Provide software/hardware support for Correctional Facilities
• Create and update end user guides as needed
• Understand technical architecture and implementation details of Corrections IT application portfolio
• Coordinate with other IT team members and third party vendors to accomplish tasks
• Provide routine status updates to the clients and Corrections leadership
• Have strong business orientation and understanding of business-IT relationship
• Experience training large groups and one-on-one
• Trust Fund and Accounting experience a plus
• Desire to work in a corrections environment
• 24/7/365 on call/onsite support for Correctional clients
Qualifications
Previous supervisory experience a plus.
3-5 years of related IT or Operations experience.
BA/BS degree Senior Level Employment Type: OTHER
