SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision, will perform a variety of transactional duties to ensure streamline processes related to Independent Contractors (IC) and ITS.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate administrative procedures for IC background screenings to mitigate risks for the firm and validate IC consultant can start the placement.
• Coordinate and ensure resolution of invoicing and back office issues, escalating and working with other departments when necessary.
• Review and analyze IC reporting.
• Assist in Strategic Accounts and Field audits when necessary.
• Provide guidance and support on IC background screenings, invoicing, and back office issues to team members and partners in the field.
• Participate in IC and ISS training as required.
• Partner with Corporate departments, Strategic Accounts, NRC, and Field Operations to ensure policies and procedures are in compliance.
• Assist in the maintenance and management of job delivery coordination process within the Vendor Strategy and Delivery Team
• Maintain tracking related to candidate placement, visa information, and redeployment.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• High school education and 1-3 years of directly related experience in a customer service position or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Staffing industry background a plus.
• Associate’s degree in Business preferred.
