Full Job Description We are a full service disaster restoration company that specializes in the cleaning and reconstruction of homes and businesses that have sustained damage from fire, water, storm and environmental complications. We are looking for honest, hardworking individuals committed to providing superior customer service to join our team and make a difference in the lives of others.
Primary Responsibilities
• Set up the initial job file for new customers
• Daily analysis of job files and monitoring job throughout the process (from initial set up to final close out) including validating file documentation, estimate creation, and final audit
• Provide effective written and verbal communication to customers, teammates and other industry professionals
• Manage scheduling of multiple parties throughout the job process
• Assist other departments, as needed
Position Requirements
• 2+ years of office-related experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective oral and written communication
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Xactimate preferred, but not required
• Ability to learn industry specific software
• Experience with construction/restoration processes preferred, but not required
• High school diploma, some college preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
