Full Job Description Summary :
PeopleGuru is seeking a dedicated and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our Client Support team as an HCM Support Representative at its headquarters in Tampa, Florida. The HCM Support Rep. will represent PeopleGuru and play a critical role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, providing the highest level of client satisfaction by offering proactive support and consistently exceeding client expectations.
Responsibilities :
• Provide support for clients across Payroll, Benefits, Human Resource and Time & Attendance applications.
• Ensure timely resolution and solutions for client issues.
• Achieve corporate client satisfaction and retention goals.
• Commits to expanding technological skills and knowledge of the PeopleGuru products.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting skill.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to details.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Prior HCM or Payroll Service Bureau software support background required.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM software.
