Full Job Description Clarity Psychology searching for a part-time psychometrist.
Under the direction of the supervising psychologist, administers and scores standardized psychological and psychoeducational tests to include a comprehensive battery of psychological tests to evaluate patient cognitive abilities, aptitudes, achievement, personality, and psychological status.
Obtains and records detailed patient history and background information. Prepares patient charts and test materials.
Observes behavior and reactions of individuals being tested. Documents, compiles and reports observation findings to psychologist.
Utilizes computerized scoring software, word processing, and database programs to prepare summary of test results, patient participation and effort in testing, and related behavioral observations.
Bachelor's or a Master’s level with experience in administering and scoring psychological tests for child and adult populations. Applicants must have training and experience in administering and scoring standardized tests (intelligence, academic achievement, attention, language, memory, executive functioning, personality).
The applicant must have strong attention to detail and accuracy as well as developed organizational and time management sills, and strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport with adults and children.
