Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking an Assistant Member for its Endocrine Oncology Program. The Assistant Member will be a Clinical Academician who demonstrates an interdisciplinary approach to evaluation, management and treatment of cancer patients by working with a team of specialists to optimize patient care delivery.  Attendance and active participation in tumor boards is required.  This position may include referral of patients to clinical trials, management of clinical trials, publication of cancer related scholarly articles to recognized journals, and/or academic grant proposals and management.  Additionally, this position may include teaching of fellows and residents, organization and administration of educational activities, participation in journal clubs, case studies, departmental educational meetings, core lectures and fellows' multidisciplinary conferences.  Particular focus on pituitary and adrenal disorders preferred.
The Head and Neck-Endocrine Oncology Department is compromised of two distinct programs, Head & Neck and Endocrine Oncology. It currently includes 14 physician Faculty members and 9 Advanced Practice Providers. The Endocrine Oncology Program is dedicated to patient care, professional education and hosts fellows and residents annually.

Requirements: Candidate must have a Florida Medical License or eligible for one, an M.D. degree or M.D./Ph.D. degree, be board certified or board-eligible and fellowship trained.   Must have a an interest in  clinical care, research and education in an Academic Medical Center setting.  The ability to function in a multi-disciplinary team is essential.
