Job Summary Coordinates activities for the recruiting and selection from internal and external sources. # Job Responsibilities Reviews staff requisitions and develops a recruitment strategy and set of selection criteria. Performs recruitment search through recruitment firms, networking, relationships with educational entities and associations, and existing team members. Screens potential candidates by conducting initial interviews, checking background/references, testing, and other approved measures. Extracts and compiles data for recruitment metrics and reporting. Compiles information for new hire files. Enters candidate and new hire data into HR systems. Demonstrates current knowledge of and compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment and hiring activities. Qualifications Bachelor#s degree or higher in Business Administration required upon hire OR Bachelor#s degree or higher in Human Resources required upon hire OR Bachelor#s degree or higher in Organizational Development required upon hire OR Bachelor#s degree or higher in related field required upon hire A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. A minimum of 2 years# relevant experience required No licensure/certification/registration required Skills and Attributes Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Works under minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
