What youll be doing:
• Manage overall Internet Sales Operation
• Assist and direct staff concerning sales calls and office functions
• Hiring and staffing for department and hours of operation
• Training of staff
• Performance Reviews
• Assist customers on sales calls when necessary or when escalated
• Provide reporting of department performance
What were looking for:
• Must have 5 or more years retail sales management or supervisory experience
• Call Center experience a plus
• Strong leadership with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail a must
• Self-motivated and possess the ability to motivate others
• Self-driven work ethic
Schedule: Rotating retail sales hours including weekdays, weekends, day and night shifts.
