Full Job Description POSITION SUMMARY:
The Foreclosure Operations Manager is responsible for streamlining work processes for all departments to work efficiently in a cohesive manner. Working under the direction of CEO and the Operations Manager, the Foreclosure Operations Manager directs, supervises and coordinates the activities of all other operations departmental managers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Manage the work flow and performance of operations staff members.
• Supervise and assist Operations Manager to maximize department output.
• Makes and implements recommendations to work flow processes and procedures.
• Engages in policy decision making as it pertains to operations.
• Performs office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of the employer or the employer’s customers.
• Exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance in the performance of primary duties
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
• Extensive knowledge of operational procedure as it pertains to foreclosure law.
• Ability to access court documents, read dockets and understand general legal terms.
• Working knowledge of Time Matters, BKS, Tempo, et al
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
• Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,066.00 - $54,000.00 per year
