Kforce has a client that is seeking a Responsibilities:
• Receive guests and handle telephone/email inquiries from within and outside the organization
• Manage weekly warehouse appointment calendar to include meetings and inbound deliveries
• Assist with coordination of all inbound, outbound, and internal logistics
• Print, review, sort, distribute, and file pick ticket documents
• Perform daily scanning, filing, and organizing of shipping and receiving documents
• Work closely with Customer Billing Analyst and warehouse team to ensure the Microsoft NAV (Dynamics 365) inventory management system is updated to reflect all warehouse activities in a timely manner
• Work closely with the Accounting, Payables, and Purchasing Analyst to track outstanding purchase orders; Receive incoming products, verify contents and condition of items received, and verify quantities received match packing list and purchase order
• Prepare receiving paperwork
• Ensure order/shipping paperwork is complete and accurate
• Assists in labeling materials stored in warehouse and preparing items for shipment
• Ensure packing list, received goods and purchase orders match, and complete purchasing paperwork
• Provide admin support to Operations Manager to include additional special projects
• Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office & warehouse supplies and maintain a great relationship with vendors
• Perform routine cycle counts or other physical counts
• Required to have High School diploma or GED / equivalent
• Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
• Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV a plus
• Must be driven and a self-motivated person with very strong work ethic
• Must be highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize and time manage workload and demonstrate flexibility with managing multiple priorities
• Team player and supportive colleague with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with change and be a confident, communicative problem solver
• Have integrity, a clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality, be approachable, respectful and trustworthy
• Friendly, approachable, and professional
• Must understand the importance of this role and that your consistent and timely presence in the warehouse during normal business hours is vital to the overall operation of the warehouse
• Must be thorough in performing the job with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• High degree of familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be able to pass a background check
