Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for overseeing the fulfillment of client requests in order to ensure accuracy, timely completion and the overall satisfaction of the client in all areas of client service assembling orders and preparing work order packages for delivery to the field. Specific duties include but are not limited to.
Tasks and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
• Provides support to clients by handling clients inquires, assist with orders, communicates progress, updates on pending requests, problems, delays, and or issues.
• Checks data for accuracy, clients orders are correctly entered, custodial contacts are update, confirm location(s).
• Retrieve, sort and process mail.
• Scan/photocopy records using company equipment.
• Provides interdepartmental assistance as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong English language communication skills, including reading, writing and speaking.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Creative problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently and without oversight for long periods of time.
• Detail oriented, takes initiative, resourceful and handles self under pressure with professionalism, calmness and tact.
• Ability to;

• communicate effectively with clients and other departments
• prioritize and manage multiple requests
• work well under pressure and meet deadline while multi-tasking
