Wendy's is hiring management of all levels in the greater Tampa Bay area!
Positions : General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Shift Manager
Locations : Clearwater, Largo, Citrus Park, Westchase, Town N Country, Oldsmar, Palm Harbor, Lutz, Land O Lakes, Trinity, Wesley Chapel, Northern Hillsborough, Pinellas Park, St Petersburg and Seminole.

Key responsibilities vary based on position but can include:
- Effectively managing employees and team members
- Day to day operations of 1.5 million dollar restaurant
- Participate in training and development of all team members
- Objectively evaluate employee performance to determine coaching needs
- Assist with creating schedules within budget and time constraints
- Maintain employee files and documentation while maintaining confidentiality
- See that restaurant adheres to compliance policies at all times
- Other duties as assigned

Required:
- Recent management experience
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Self Motivated
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Mobility required during the entire shift (bending, twisting, etc.) along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
