The Chief Financial Officer will play an important part in expanding margins, grow revenue, maximize team-member value, M&A activities, plus take charge in optimize the capital structure, and boost multiples. The job centers around developing new ideas, systems and technology, and analyzing and improving old ones. The Chief Financial Officer will also be responsible for successfully deploying and managing KPI-driven systems/cultures. This role will also be responsible for leading global accounting and finance, operations, and IT.
This role requires strong analytical abilities and demands fast, but careful thought-out results. Strong leadership and control of the work process from beginning to end is necessary.  Building and developing a high performing team will be critical to success in this role.  A high level of expertise is expected and the ability to spot and correct errors is important.
Knowledge and Skills
• 5+ years of C-level leadership
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred)
• Professional accounting designation (preferable CA, CMA or CPA)
• 10+ years of experience in a global senior financial leadership position
• Exceptional communication skills
• Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
• Strong negotiations skills
• Lead M&A activities
• Providing leadership and direction of the finance, accounting, and operations teams
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the Executive Leadership Pod
• Leading the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Reviewing all formal finance and IT related procedures
