Description: Our Client, an American multinational investment bank and financial services company is looking to on-board 3 Java Developers (mid-level) that will be located in Tampa, FL at their Fountain Square location. These Java Resources will be working within our client's Investment Banking Segment, specifically within their Merchant Services division.
Proficient in Core Java development skills as well as multiple design techniques
• Working proficiency in Core Java development toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with the ability to work in at least one of the common frameworks
• Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test-Driven Development, Cloud Development,
• application resiliency and security
• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages
• Working proficiency in a portion of software engineering disciplines and demonstrates an understanding of overall software skills including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of software
•Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
•Working proficiency in full stack developmental toolsets
•Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring boot, JavaScript frameworks, AngularJS, React, CSS, bootstrap, PL/SQL, Web Services REST, and SOAP
•Experience in developing Micro services using Spring cloud stack, Docker, Cloud Foundry or Kubernetes technologies.
•Strong working knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL) and server stack (Tomcat/Apache)
•Experience with working in a Self-organized, Agile, Test Driven Environment
•Experience with build & deployment tools like NPM/Yarn, Maven and Jenkins.
•Familiarity with GIT, JIRA, BitBucket or similar tools
•Familiarity with Unix and scripting languages
•Knowledge of cloud development practices
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
•BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
•Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
•Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
•Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
•Demonstrate a strong aptitude towards understanding customer and business needs
•Strong communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills
•Experience in Financial applications or related business experience is a plus.

Top Skills Details: 1.   Experience programming with Java 1.8 or above.

4.   Experience working in a Cloud/ DevOps Environment (AWS, Azure GCP, or experience with Kubernetes/ Jenkins )
