ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Installs fiber and copper cable in ceiling, conduits and raised floors; routes cable within walls and modular furniture; terminates both fiber & copper cabling
• Terminates and dresses communications closets following standard
• Tests cable and ensure accuracy of cable testing, documentation and storage
• Demonstrates thorough understanding of cabling standards
• Performs testing, troubleshooting
• Reads and interprets floor plans
• Responsible for timely completion of tasks
• Provides own tools as required
• Works in a safe manner and promotes safety within the team
• Maintains security and accountability for company assets and materials
• Ensure compliance with all HR, Safety, and company policies and procedures
• Interacts with the installation team, customers, and all levels of company personnel
• Ensures that all technical, quality, and profitability objectives are met while maintaining top level customer satisfaction
• Adheres to all company quality standards and ensures quality of work by other team members
