**What You Will Achieve**
You will be responsible for ensuring that our Sales and Marketing colleagues have the data and resources they need to be the best in the industry. You will work on coordination of quality delivery of agreed services in Field Force deployment and automation, data management, commercial optimisation etc. in line with global strategy as well as business and legal requirements in assigned country or business unit.
As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

**How You Will Achieve It**
+ Data management such territorial sales and activity, customer and account mappings etc., ensuring data quality
+ Implementation of customer segmentation and targeting analysis to allow our Field Force to better target their clients
+ Ad-hoc data analysis & reporting to answer to key business questions.
+ Management and administration of Field Force Applications such as PforceRx , Veeva, i.e. SFA database function, problem solving and managing customer-facing change requests
+ Analysis and recommendations on resource deployment and field structure to optimise FF performance
+ Be proficient in cross-functional work in a matrix virtual environment, as well as in vendor and platform services' management and compliance
+ Business-knowledgeable and able to negotiate, prioritize and agree with Business partners on the SMS deliverables requeste
+ Build strong relationships with the ANZ Stakeholders to ensure that SMS services meet their business needs and evolve as those business needs evolve
+ Ensure the delivery of agreed SMS services to the ANZ market
+ Drive continuous improvement of operational services and processes in collaboration with Biopharma Operations colleagues
+ Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and streamline current processes.
**Qualifications**
Must-Have
+ Minimum of 2- 3 years SMS operational experience and experience working on CRM/data management systems such as Salesforce (Veeva)
+ High IT Literacy and SQL coding ability with strong numeric skills
+ Demonstrable success in a commercial or customer-facing role
+ Evidence of problem solving and decision making to positively impact business results
+ Evidence of successful cross functional & cross-cultural working and ability to collaborate
+ Project management skills, with a track record of managing complex projects in a cross-functional environment
+ Self-motivator with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have
+ Pharmaceutical experience
+ Experience working in a virtual team
