Job Description
Our client is leading general contractor with a stable pipeline of projects in the area. The company has offices around the country with a great reputation among clients and contractors. They have an opportunity for a Project Manager to manage people and lead large scale projects.
Job Description:
* Construction Project Management
* Experience with networking and business development
* Give expert advice with respect to knowledge and understand of project management including estimating
* Scheduling
* Client negations and presenting The Successful Applicant
* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or other related field
* 8+ years of Commercial experience
* Ability to come in and own projects from start to finish
* Good team player and ability to manage a team
* Technologically savvy
* Previous experience with design/build projects
