PERMANENT PART-TIME, $11.50 hr. Friday & Saturday, 11pm to 7am
ADMIRAL SECURITY SERVICES IS CURRENTLY HIRING PROFESSIONAL SECURITY OFFICERS OPPORTUNITY IN Tampa , FL.
***IMMEDIATE PART TIME POSITIONS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE****
Candidate must maintain a positive, and friendly environment for all guest. Must possess and demonstrate organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication in multiple languages. Ability to work independently, and without direct supervision. Able to respond to emergencies and operate security control systems while following access control procedures. Maintain daily logs and respond to emergencies promptly. Maintain a sharp image as the face of the property.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner and demeanor.
• Assure prompt and positive action on all client & tenant complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions, as well as conduct quality assurance follow-up.
• Acknowledge and greet all tenants and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, moving out from behind the desk to open doors and/ or assist guest.
• Operate multi-line telephone, radio equipment, laptop, PC, smart phones and use professional telephone etiquette in handling resident request. Use work order systems when/if necessary. * Be knowledgeable of local current attractions or events (concerts, theater, sporting events, special events and more)
• Assist and coordinate with clients as necessary.
• Maintain key log and all applicable data sheets. Take ownership of all appropriately loaned keys to vendors, contractors, realtors and guests. Inspect and observe all assigned areas of responsibility for suspicious activity, safety and security hazards, criminal activity, unsafe conditions, persons in need of assistance or any other unusual condition and effectively report all such incidents immediately.
• Greet, assist and interact with a variety of persons, including: employees, customers, visitors, contractors, public safety officials, and the general public.
• Take a proactive role in ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
• Respond, compile and report all information in regards to theft, alarms, accidents and other incidents that may occur onsite in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property as well as clean and organized front desk. * Monitors and controls access to the building.
• Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and alarm panels
• Assist in the completion of audit and/or assessments within assigned areas of responsibility
• Provided limited access badge support which may include operating digital camera equipment, badge printer maintenance, coordination of badge activation and distribution of new and/or replacement badges
• Company policy requires that records be kept. Security must maintain all Daily Logs, Incident Reports, etc. pertaining to the facility in a neat and systematic order.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: A successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least 21 years of age or older
• Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks, drug test, interviews
• Possess 2-4 years of security industry, hotel, concierge, resort experience
• Possess a valid Florida Security D License
• Basic qualifications and skills: Speak and read English, clearly and fluently.
