What we are looking for:
• Sales experience in the retail/beauty industry is a plus
• Customer service experience is a must
• Ability to work with a team in a fun and fast-paced environment
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, studio management, and fellow staff
• Must be able to work flexible hours including days/nights, weekends, and holidays
• Can show leadership qualities on a team
Compensation
• Hourly pay plus commission

Principle Duties for Lash Consultant / Sales Associate
• Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Memberships
• Must be able to have a sale closing of 40% every month
• Explaining and selling retail products to guests
• Providing Gold Standard customer service to all guests
• Answer phone calls, make reservations, and enthusiastically greet guests
• Maintain professional and courtesy to guests and employees at all times
• Assists in administrative tasks including filing, folder maintenance, and data entry
• Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the studio
• Desire to learn and adapt to the membership selling process
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
