Our client is looking for a Supervisor of Help Desk to help lead a small team of Help Desk Analyst. This person will be the go to person on the team and report to the CTO. This person must be a member of the team who closes tickets but be the point of contact for the business units.
8 Am to 5:30 PM - Monday - Friday
Requirements:
2+ years supporting windows
Ability to learn how to support Cisco routers
Strong communication skills
Ability to be hands on and lead a small team
