Our Client Banking Specialist play a key role in our organization; to provide high quality and exceptional service to our clients
and prospective clients while operating a paying and receiving customer service window, balancing individual cash drawers
and performing a variety of transactions including deposits, cash checks, payments, CTR preparation and client inquiries.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• I nitiate conversations to uncover client needs and be capable of effectively referring customers
to business partners for the selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services to clients, so that personal and
Bank goals are consistently met or exceeded.
• Promote good client relations by consistently providing premiere client satisfaction with a friendly
demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
• Develop rapport with the client base by being proactive and timely with requests and problem
resolution and displaying a caring attitude to assist client in identification of financial needs.
• Perform account opening, maintain a balancing record, and process routine Teller transactions
in line with policy. Possess problem solving skills to determine and correct outages and to enlist help as needed for
more difficult errors.
• Grow and maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered, taking
responsibility to keep up to date and request assistance for further development needs.
• Communicate via written or verbal format, at a professional level common within a
business setting.
• Works in a team environment with the able to interact well, and in a positive manner, with co-workers and
management.
• Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all client business confidential.

Minimum Qualifications:
· A minimum of 6 months experience handling cash, counting and balancing
· High school diploma/GED and a t wo-year degree from an accredited college or university. Educational achievement above minimum desired, or certification/licensing may be substituted for required experience/skills.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license
· Registration as Mortgage Loan Originator through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working in a Client Banking or Universal Banking position either in lobby or drive-thru locations
· Experience uncovering client needs and effectively referring customers to business partners.
