Title: Project Coordinator
Duration: Contractor: 5 months March – July
Job: Support ICC Project Client Office
Department: ICC (Insight's National Command Center)
Position: Contractors | Need Remote worker based in Tampa area
Overview: Insight Client  | Back Office Refresh - See highlighted as it relates to the needed position demands. ( at a minimal)
Client employees that are in need of a PC refresh They can select self install or remote virtual install
If user select Remote Virtual Install:
- Work Type will be scheduled 1 week from Order date
- The customer goes into MS Booking to schedule a time for the support.
- If the customer schedules a time the Project team will update the ticket and ICC will no longer need to do anything on the ticket
- If the customer does not schedule a time the ICC calling effort will be engaged.
o Call to confirm receipt of equipment
o Discuss/help scheduling the user in Bookings for the appointment
If user selects Self Install:
- Work Type will be scheduled for 3 weeks from Order date
- If the user is has a successful self install they will call the ICC to review a check list. (These would be inbound calls to answer)
- If the user does not call, the ICC will begin a calling effort to contact user.
- If the user needs help after doing a self install the ticket will be updated by closing the job with a needs reschedule. Leave the new job unassigned and notify the project team.
Shifts: Monday – Friday 8am – 9pm (start and end times would vary based on project demands ) All shifts would be 9 hrs in duration allowing for a hour lunch (not paid) , A shift that started at 8am would end no later than 5pm and a shift that ends at 9pm would start no earlier than Noon. Candidates must be flexible. Some days would eb earlier shifts and some days we would be running later shifts
Weekends: TBD
Breaks: 2 – 15 min breaks & 1 hour lunch – not paid
Vacation: Vacation time must be input into vacation portal for approval 30-days prior to the date ( Not paid)
Working hours: Insight's Policy: 4.2 Employment Classifications/Hours of Work/Overtime
At Insight, working hours and days may include Saturdays and Sundays, attendance at evening or weekend meetings, workshops, or other activities. Refusal by any teammate to meet this obligation may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
