The Manager, Medicare Inside Sales & Retention is responsible for the development, execution, and management of retention activities for the Medicare Retention team. Develops and directs retention and member outreach initiatives, in order to decrease member disenrollment, increase retention, and enhance member satisfaction. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
•    Develops and directs member retention goals and department service standards.
•    Provides leadership around all activities associated with retaining members.
•    Manages the completion and review of productivity and retention reports.
•    Ensures retention activities are Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) and State compliant.
•    Partners with Corporate Marketing Strategy and Retention units to discover new and improved means of outreach and retention activities.
•    Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.
Schedule: To offer our services nationally, our offices are open from 8am-8pm EST Monday-Friday.
Overtime as needed.
Peak season criteria: Paid time off may not be granted during the peak season of October - December.
Qualifications
Requires a BA/BS; 5 years of related direct customer service with telesales/retention experience, including 1 year of management or leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. State insurance sales license or attainment of the sales license within the first 90 days of employment required.
