As the Senior Communication Designer, you will be responsible for delivering BluePearl’s brand message visually through a variety of channels including print, digital and social media. In this role, you will be part project manager, part marketing strategist, and part graphic designer supporting our organization by meeting with internal and external stakeholders. You will have the chance to identify their business objectives, and then bring their ideas to life. In this role, you can demonstrate your advanced skills in creative concepting, communication, layout, typography, and print production. This position will require the ability to execute projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
As the Senior Communication Designer,  you will:
• Create brochures, posters, reports, flyers, sell sheets, and more
• Solve creative problems in an ambiguous and complex environment
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Liaise with marketing and internal support teams to ensure deadlines are met
• Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery
• Design original pieces, including posters, presentations, illustrations, and infographics
• Exhibit strong business acumen and ability to balance the needs of the brand, the business, and all stakeholders
• Design and illustrate for print, social, web, email, and environments
• Display strong verbal and written communication skills
• Mentor and teach others on the team
• Collaborate and demonstrate teamwork skills—working with many different people across the organization,  expressing confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly
Education/Experience
• Bachelor's degree in communication design or related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in print design, concept development, and visual communications
• Demonstrated expertise in the areas of layout, graphic design, typography, brand development, strategy, and the creative process
• Experience designing presentations and developing infographics a plus
