Kelly Services is Now Hiring for Inbound/ Outbound Customer Services Representatives located in Temple Terrence. These are tempt to hire opportunities paying $14 hourly.
Operational hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 10 PM; Saturday 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM; Sunday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Each candidate will be required to work one weekend day and will receive 2 days off during the work week.
Answer inbound sales/service calls and make outbound calls to schedule sales and service appointments.
Log all customer data comments, via phone, email and text in the CRM.
Confirm and Schedule appointments and follow up to determine if appointment was kept and the outcome.
Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
Call to reschedule no-show customer appointments.
Confirm all scheduled appointment.
Must be able to represent yourself and the company in a processional and competent way to clients.
Must be able to make 100+ outbound phone calls a day while providing excellent customer service.
