Job Description
Huntington Ingalls Industries - Technical Solutions Division (HII-TSD) is currently seeking an Adversay Air (ADAIR) Project Coordinator to serve as part of a Multi Functional Team that supports our government customers.

The ADAIR Project Coordinator position is instrumental in the coordination of key contract deliverables, planning and communication with corporate and government customers. This project provides advise and assistance in the development and execution of ADAIR in support of US Air Forces in Europe (USAFE). As the capability and solution is developed, this position will migrate into the service of ongoing ADAIR tactical air operations. #LI-NM1
Essential Job Responsibilities
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Minimum Qualifications
+ 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.
+ Former USAF/USN flight experince.
+ Ability to interface at all-levels of command and leadership on a regular basis.
+ Experience as a Technical Writer.
+ Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret clearance.
Preferred Requirements
+ USAFE/NATO experience in fighter operations
+ Area of expertise in one or more of the following areas
+ Security
+ Flight Safety
+ Bio-Environmental
+ Logistics
+ Effective interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts and work with other internal and external organizations
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
