Syniverse seeks an energetic and highly motivated HR Business Partner leader to join our Tampa, Florida team. This position is an integral part of the HR leadership team and works as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for all HR initiatives and needs of specific client groups.

This role works in close partnership with assigned leaders and teams to create and implement effective solutions that influence and sustain high levels of employee engagement and productivity to meet business goals. As a trusted advisor, the Sr HR Manager understands the business, is skilled in monitoring the pulse of the organization, and utilizes available systems, human capital analysis, and key measures to deliver a strategy that meets the needs of the business. The Sr. HR Manager is a strong business and systems thinker with the ability to analyze and synthesize data in order to provide solutions that get business results. This includes the ability to relay complex concepts in relatable terms and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.

How will you contribute to the team?
• Supports client base to assist in delivering strategic results, improved productivity and proactive HR solutions.
• Consults with leadership to define problems, engages with other HR experts to conduct research in effective strategies and best practices and recommend solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR tools and technology to promote culture of process improvement and efficiency.
• Actively markets services and benefits of human resources interventions and implements departmental specific projects for assigned divisions.
• Leads the communication and implementation of professional development strategies in support of organization direction.
• Actively works to improve and demonstrate open, effective communication within and between teams at all levels of the assigned organization.
• Brings professional HR experience forward to assist in business & planning initiatives.
• Proactive in maintaining a high level of business knowledge of client groups.
Who are we looking for?
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
• 8 - 12 years HR experience in progressive business environment.
• 5+ years Human Resources generalist experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Experience with leading change management initiatives and fostering a positive corporate culture.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with senior level management.
• Proven ability to work with and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of current HR processes, practices, and employment laws.
• Demonstrated skill and effectiveness as a relationship builder and internal consultant.
• Proven ability to effectively facilitate to large groups. Excellent presentation skills.
• Highly autonomous and self-motivated, demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
