Duties & Responsibilities: Review reconciliations to ensure that they are prepared properly Overall knowledge of chart of accounts Assist with project requested by management Prepare invoices Assist in inventory analysis Assist accounting team during month-end closing Assist accounting manager with year-end financial audits Other Competencies: Ability to self-manage, show initiative and solve problems Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting 2-3 years of related work experience preferred Strong Excel skills General knowledge of accounting procedures Complete understanding of AP and AR Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% Frequently, will move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc. Must be able to review documents, spreadsheets, and etc. Must be able to lift and move any files weighing up to 10 pounds for audits or etc. Constantly works in indoor office environment Mental Demands: Must be able to prioritize tasks Must be able to pay attention to detail Must be able to multitask with various ongoing projects Must be ability to identify mistakes on documents, spreadsheets, and etc. Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance 401k Paid holidays & vacation days   This job description is subject to change at any time.
