Full Job Description JOB SUMMARY
Provides exceptional service to internal and external clients. Reviews and edits forms as requested by the Manager of Product. Representative will assist in creating coverage comparisons of multiple forms. Courteously and effectively answers questions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Builds and maintains business relationships by providing prompt and accurate service
• Reviews and edits forms as needed
• Creates coverage comparisons of multiple forms
• Create applications, declaration pages, and policies using Microsoft Word
• Assist in the creation of new forms
• Assist in researching policy language and suggesting changes to current policy language
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong Microsoft Office and internet skills
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills to include Formatting, Bookmarks, Tables, Mail Merge, and Footnotes.
• Can work independently
• Works well with deadlines
• Constant sitting, and computer and telephone usage
EDUCATION & TRAINING
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; concentration in Risk Management highly desirable
EXPERIENCE
• One year or more of insurance experience required
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS
• Florida 2-20, 20-44 or 4-40 license required
