As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will support our growth by working to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation, data management and reporting. As part of our Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support and optimization of the marketing automation systems that support our demand generation, events, and nurture programs, working closely with business owners from Marketing & Sales to ensure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to overall company goals. The Marketing Operations Manager will optimize and implement systems to ensure we are maximizing our capabilities, while also owning our roadmap, evolving and modernizing our technology in order to become a world-class lead gen engine.
The everyday hustle:
• Expertise in Salesforce and Marketo is required, including effectively integrating the technologies, fine-tuning various configurations and settings to ensure all records are properly handled
• Build and maintain best-in-class MarTech Stack built for demand generation and accurate reporting as well as integrate with the Business Development tech stack to ensure successful handoff (knowledge of LeanData, 6Sense, and Salesloft a plus)
• Optimize existing systems to ensure we are maximizing capabilities; partner with Sales, Marketing, and Development teams to ensure company objectives are being met
• Make recommendations as needed to add or remove tech, in order to streamline processes and allow sufficient conversion and attribution tracking
• Maintain a healthy prospect and customer database, performing regular data hygiene procedures to ensure the integrity of the data.
• Oversee technical stack integrations, deployments, maintenance, and business rules which include the marketing database, campaign management tools, and content hub
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine business requirements, priorities, define key performance indicators (KPI).
• May work after hours to complete business objectives if required.
• Implementation and maintenance of successful lead scoring and account scoring to ensure that Marketing, Business Development, and Sales are optimally focused.
Do you have what it takes?
• Equivalent experience or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related.
• 3-5 years’ experience with MarTech-centric campaign management and marketing operations, supporting multiple verticals and/or products simultaneously
• A combination of marketing experience and technical expertise in administering Marketo and Salesforce (Marketing Automation Expert - -Certification a plus)
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams across Marketing, Sales, Business Ops and Customer Success
