Cyber Security Operations Chief of Staff (C14)
The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is home to deeply talented colleagues that work to ensure the safety of Citi's clients' and our proprietary data. We manage information security as one end-to end program – one with a clear mandate and accountability. Our mission is a program that is fully anchored to modern control and architectural frameworks, is fully aligned with the enterprise architecture of the firm and is deeply integrated into the sectors and functions.
A strong enterprise Cyber Security Operations organization is necessary to enable Citi businesses to operate safely. This organization is responsible for all cyber security operations, including assessment, monitoring and detection, intelligence and incident response and recovery.
Job Description :
• Oversee all Cyber Security Operations headcount and financial activity.
• Interface with the central CISO Business Office to ensure Cyber Security Operations headcount and financial plan, outlook, and actuals are properly reflected and understood.
• Oversee all Cyber Security Operations Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Coordinate on-time Cyber Security Operations deliverables, including those required for Regulators and Audit, and track/escalate non-compliances.
• Engage with stakeholders in support of the Cyber Security Operations organization.
• Collaborate with Communications team to support internal communications for Cyber Security Operations.
• Work collaboratively with the Cyber Security Operations Program Managers to support the Head of Cyber Security Operations.
• Communicate plans and routine updates on tasks and projects, open and escalate issues/risks.
• Schedule and lead working group meetings, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes. Track and follow-up on action items to closure.
• Create processes to streamline operations.
• Oversee large, cross functional projects and initiatives.
• Provide ad-hoc operational support.
• Support hiring throughout Cyber Security Operations to ensure the best candidates are identified for open positions to further strengthen the organization.
• Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships across the firm to enable leadership success.
Qualifications :
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience within Information Security, in a highly regulated business, with proven ability to manage conflict, provide leadership, organize, and make decisions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Business, Risk Management, Finance, Statistics or other related field.
• Certifications in CISSP/CISM/CRISC/PMP a plus.
• Leadership and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered to effectively work with individuals in diverse cultures and business environments.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive mindset with ability to think “outside of the box” to solve problems.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a multi-tasking environment with strong analytical and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong meeting organization and facilitation skills.
• Track record of managing work to achieve milestones on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
