As the part of the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Marketing team, you will help to execute global recruitment marketing initiatives in support of Citi’s recruitment efforts across all candidate segments (graduate, professional and executives). You will play a critical role in helping to share our brand story and establishing Citi as an employer of choice. This includes content marketing, email, social media, mobile, career website, employer branding, and recruiting analytics. As the Vice President, Global TA Brand and Marketing, you will have the opportunity to do exciting and cutting-edge work, leveraging a strong, global brand and innovating to produce best in class candidate attraction programs.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering a superior candidate experience through creative marketing, a strong business acumen to deliver results and analyze data from our platforms to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies / approaches. They will work closely with regional TA leaders, teams and various business stakeholders and will be responsible for executing high-impact talent attraction strategies and engaging passive talent communities across multiple platforms to produce a high yield of prospective candidates.
The role will be responsible for the following:
• Build the agenda for the NAM/LATAM Professional and Sourcing TA marketing strategies while developing and executing on a framework to partner with recruiters, sourcers and HR partners to implement targeted campaigns for difficult to fill roles, high-volume positions and event engagement strategies.
• Managing global framework for professional, passive, and executive TA marketing strategies, programs and promotions while providing direct leadership of the Global Campus TA Marketing AVP and matrixed to NAM Campus Marketing AVP.
• Develop and execute TA marketing plans in partnership with Global leads inclusive of marketing and passive talent campaigns and virtual events for various business / geographies.
• Determine optimal channels, messaging and strategies for target audiences to reflect Citi’s employer brand and ensure a superior candidate experience while managing and optimizing paid campaigns running across the firm.
• Manage and communicate internal deadlines for each program and hold cross-functional partners accountable for timely completion of deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies, platform vendors, and media providers for Citi.
• Monitor sourcing methodology trends including search engine marketing, social media technologies, job boards, and traditional venues as well as new tools / applications and apply that knowledge in future investments.
• Partner with the Global Recruitment Systems team on work to review our digital platforms and effectiveness – Applicant Tracking System agenda, website and connected platforms.
• Research new vendors, tools, and technologies and advise on opportunities and provide recommendations for continual improvement of programs
• Responsible for brand adherence, coordinating approval and governance processes, maintaining best practices, and coordinating with other key Citi stakeholders including Legal, Social Media, Marketing, Technology and Compliance.

Requirements
• 7-10 years’ experience in a marketing environment, recruiting focus preferred
• Possess a global mindset and demonstrated experience operating across large, highly matrixed organizations.
• Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, ability to set direction and execute with a proven sense of accountability and decisiveness, prioritize work on an autonomous basis while being adaptable and flexible; comfortable working under ambiguous, changing conditions.
• Able to leverage interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with a broad variety of stakeholders and partners including internal/ external customers, business partners, team members, global recruiting organization colleagues and experience managing multiple vendor relationships with strategic partners across the globe.
• Comfortable working remotely; able to manage and participate in remote teams.
• High attention to detail, balanced with appreciation of the bigger-picture goals and objectives.
• Intellectually curious, proactively seeking and developing new opportunities with excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels.
• Monitor shifting trends in marketing and conduct competitive research in and out of across digital channels.
• Provide strategic thought leadership and guidance to identify, design and deliver actionable findings using research and data driven decision making to assess effectiveness, ROI and improvement opportunities.
• Working knowledge of recruitment marketing channels, Microsoft Office, Sprinklr, LinkedIn, Workday and CRMs
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline required; Masters degree in Business and/or Human Resources degree or equivalent experience preferred.
