Minimum of 6 years of direct experience performing the Duties and Responsibilities of this position. 8yrs plus preferred
"Primary Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate business process modeling sessions. Construct and maintain business process models. Practice and demonstrate proficiency in state-of-the-art business and systems modeling techniques. Coach and mentor junior staff in the application of business process modeling techniques. Drive the collection and consolidation of required information and data in the creation of analysis documentation in accordance with the TECOs Systems Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) methodology. Drives engagement with business partners to document detailed business requirements, for possible systems enablement (automation).Assist and support the IT&T development teams with the design and development of IT solutions. Drive the resolution to issues and notify appropriate management staff. Create and maintain logical data models for assigned Business Unit(s).Develop strong business and system knowledge relating to functional areas and assigned Business Unit(s).Participate in the creation of User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans during the Requirements Definition phase of the SDLC and review/validate UAT results for alignment with business requirements.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA)
Required:
Advanced experience in Business Process Analysis and Modeling and experience in all phases of a SDLC (Systems Development Lifecycle) methodology. Knowledge of defined business processes. Working knowledge of business software applications and hardware technologies. Ability to learn, represent, and articulate business processes. Working knowledge of business applications and hardware technologies. Comprehends technical design specifications and possesses strong knowledge of IT development tools and technologies in support of an IT Architecture and Strategy. Demonstrated ability to understand and describe the business environment in which a project exists. Ability to evaluate, interpret, create, and communicate structured representations of business requirements. Understands project plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines, in particular understanding and identification of critical path tasks and activities. Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Business Process Modeling, and Entity Relational Modeling tools and Project Management software (i.e. MS Project) is required.
Preferred:
Detailed knowledge of CGIs PragmaLine suite (OMS, CAD, etc.), PowerPlant, SAP, and Microsoft Technologies (SQL Server, BizTalk, Reporting Services, SharePoint, etc.) is a plus.
Education
Required:
An Associates Degree in the specified disciplines and 6 years of related experience.
Preferred: Bachelors degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline and at least 2 years of experience, which includes systems analysis, design, and development. " Employment Type: CONTRACTOR
