This role is part of the HR Core Services group responsible for designing, executing and administrating HR global processes related to the full employee lifecycle excluding recruitment. Additionally, the HR Core Services group is accountable for the delivery of HR Core services provided by IBM, our business process outsourcer.

Pfizer’s Colleague/ HR Shared Services GBS (Global Business Services) team is comprised of dedicated, solution oriented and agile colleagues who think big and challenge the status quo.  In this position, reporting to the Site Lead, GBS HR, Core Services, Tampa, you are responsible for executing flawlessly HR operational tasks while following documented global, regional and country-specific processes and procedures, making work easier and faster, so we can deliver breakthroughs that change patients’ lives.
What you will achieve
• Execute flawlessly a variety of HR operational tasks (ex: processes educational assistance requests, data corrections, mass loads (EIB) complete required country-specific government or legally required forms and surveys) and deliver a positive employee experience while following documented regional, global and country-specific processes and procedures
• Provide real-time support for escalated inquiries/transactions via case management tool
• Liaise with other HR, Digital and Payroll colleagues to seek guidance and/or input that will help in timely resolution of inquiries driving a positive colleague experience
• Run reports and analyze data enabling HR to make informed decisions
• Provide feedback on procedures with a continuous improvement mindset
Must Have
• Bachelors degree required, preferably in Administration or Human Resources or related field
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a HR Shared Services/HR Operations/centralized customer service environment
• Organizes own work to meet project task deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to follow process with high attention to detail and adjusts to constantly changing priorities
• Strong customer focus mindset and cross-cultural agility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Nice to have
• Experience working with Workday or comparable Human Capital Management system and MS Office (Excel & Word) preferred
• Experience working with a case management tool
