Job Description
Our firm is seeking a career-minded individual to join our team as a Survey CAD Drafter. You can expect a competitive compensation package along with excellent benefits!
Requirements:
• Must have experience creating drawings such as Alta Surveys, Easement plats, Boundary Plats, and Commercial Site Plans.
• At least 3 years' experience.
• Construction background.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Must be detail oriented, accurate and organized.
Skills:
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, creating 3D surface models, and surface calculations.
• Carlson, SolidWorks, SketchUp,
• ArcGIS/ArcMap 10, Revit Architecture 2012
Required Education
• Associates in Computer Aided Drafting, Civil Engineering, or Land Surveying is preferred.
