ImpactBio has partnered with a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company to build an Inside Sales Representative Team. This team will utilize both telephone and video interaction to educate prescribers and their staff.
Responsibilities
• Educate new and existing prescribers and their staff within an assigned territory on the Company's products for patient care over the phone and through video interaction
• Provide exceptional product and marketplace information that ultimately helps providers identify the best possible product choice
• Focus on generating incremental business within existing accounts, prospecting / selling to new accounts and developing relationships over the phone and through video interaction
• Make a minimum number of new customer calls per day, in addition to completion of follow up calls. Effectively manage and prioritize time to complete administrative activities daily.
• Follow up with prescriber offices as needed, making sure their needs and requests are fulfilled
• Other duties as required
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ year's experience in Healthcare, Service Sales or Inside Sales environment required
• Experience as a call center representative or field-based representative in Pharma required
• Strong computer skills utilizing telephone and / or video technology
• Excellent organization and time management skills required
• Highly effective telephone communication skills, with the ability to inspire an audience and develop trusted relationships with customers, team members, management, and industry influencers.
