Vector Solutions is currently hiring for B2B Inside Sales Representative to join our team!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Use existing relationships to grow business within current accounts.
• Strategically develop, pursue, and close sales opportunities.
• Network using Sales 2.0 techniques to increase penetration for new accounts in a geographically defined territory while managing sales pipeline in the CRM system.
• Conduct heavy phone prospecting, sales presentations, web-ex demonstrations, and handle contract negotiations with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with internal resources to drive larger sales and opportunities.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients, secure a commitment and signature and effectively transition the client through the implementation phase to ensure long-term customer success.
• Meet or exceed sales quota and other key performance goals including new account acquisition, renewal rate, and win rate.
• Some travel will be required in this position; however this is an in-house sales role.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
• This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
. Requirements:
• Achieve sales goals and be able to work independently.
• Professional sales experience selling to both high level decision makers and influencers.
• A proven sales track record with a stable work history.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and Gsuite products.
• Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience in business to business(B2B) sales.
