Full Job Description Our DELIVERY DRIVERS partner with our catering team to help provide Fast, Fresh, Convenient, and Friendly offsite guest experiences. In this position, you’ll help bring our incredible food and energy to local businesses and guests in the community. When you’re on the road, you’re also an ambassador that seeks opportunities to helps build brand awareness via your shining personality.
THE BASICS
• Must be an ambassador of our mission and core values
• Work closely with catering managers and other drivers to ensure proper presentation and set up of catering events
• Develop and learn knowledge of all menu items, with the ability to describe to guests
• Positively engage guests, and effectively handle guest needs, feedback or concerns
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant
• Perform additional shift responsibilities, as needed, to help organize and expedite accurate and on time deliveries

PRE-REQs
• 18 years of age or older (at least 2 years of driving experience)
• Passion for food and people
• Awesome, outgoing personality (not afraid to talk to strangers!)
• Willing to complete MVR check and background screening
• Have a valid driver’s license and insurance
• Strong attention to details
• Must have/ use own vehicle
• Willingness to hit the streets and talk to people
• Able to lift at least 20 pounds and frequently squat and bend
• Must be able to work weekdays in the AM
