We are a disaster restoration company the provides water, fire and mold remediation services, and we are currently in search of a Production Manager to join our team!
What You Will Be Doing - Working alongside your crews as needed to ensure jobs and paperwork are completed accurately and timely
- Conducting jobsite visits to inspect and monitor your crews' work
- Ensuring your crews are trained properly and able to execute their assigned tasks
- Taking responsibility for equipment and vehicle cleanliness and maintenance
- Ensuring all emergency calls are responded to and stabilized
- Providing basic crew supervision to ensure they stay focused and on track providing any assistance they need to be successful at their work
What You Need for this Position - Disaster restoration industry experience
- Experience leading restoration crews
- Possess an understanding of scoping water, fire & mold remediation jobs
- IICRC certifications are preferred
What's In It for You - Base salary plus commission
