A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud. Our Finance Operations team manages PwC’s financial risk through financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and tactical consulting. As a part of our team, you’ll assist us with budgeting, reporting, business operations, domestic and international accounting operations, and finance strategy.

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success utilizing technology for the improvement of business processes, specifically around the Order to Cash space including the following areas:
• Planning and managing operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity;
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives;
• Implementing and developing innovative solutions in the operational model to create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands;
• Researching and implementing emerging technologies such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, cognitive interfaces, Internet of Things, and emerging business practices such as data-driven and mobile business models;
• Evaluating current Firm practices and identification of solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, reduce costs and ultimately make the most appropriate use of the Firm’s resources;
• Demonstrating knowledge of and experience in key innovation, continuous improvement and execution methodologies such as Lean/Six Sigma, agile mindset and design thinking;

• Providing strategic and technical direction for department, Finance leadership and projects;

• Coaching and developing team members in a wide variety of areas including but not limited to teaming, interpersonal skills, relationship building, leadership skills, strategy and business knowledge.
