**Description** Humana is growing fast and is looking for several individuals to join our team that supports our Medicare members located throughout the eastern part of our country. The Inbound Call Representative Representatives will have the pleasure of taking inbound calls from our members in the comfort of their homes. These opportunities are 100% work at home roles and are amazing opportunities to join a Fortune 100 company that continuous to expand and grow into new markets!! **Responsibilities** **What we need your help with:** The Inbound Contact Representative 2 addresses customer needs which may include complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and educating members. + Handle 40-50 inbound calls daily from members in a fast-paced inbound call center environment + Records details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and takes action in accordance to it. + Escalates unresolved and pending customer grievances. Decisions are typically focused on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. + Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. + Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion. **COME GROW WITH HUMANA!
