You are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are. You are an expert in the local delivery area, and are focused on delivering a Warm experience no matter where you go! Whether in a car or on a bike, our delivery drivers brave the elements to make sure that we continue to Own the Night with delivery. Responsibilities
• Learning the delivery area
• Checking orders for quality and accuracy
• Following proper delivery procedures
• Providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
• Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions
• Execute cash management duties
• We are looking for hard working, reliable, and customer service oriented individuals to work delivery shifts
• Ability to work the night shift
Requirements
• Legally eligible to work in the US
• Knowledge of delivery area
• Organization skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Driver’s License & own car in working order
• Delivery experience
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
