This is a Full Time position - No C2C or Visa Dependent Applicants
Pay - $70k base salary plus benefits!
Must be able to work on-site in Tampa after COVID
As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for
Customer Onboarding
• Progress monitoring from Client's perspective
• Ensuring Solution Adoption
• Ensuring effective response to Clients
Customer Retention
• Measuring ROI and Value Addition
• Minimizing Client Escalations
• Monitoring Speed of Support
Growth
• Identify new opportunities with existing customers
• Enabling sales team in upselling
Billing
• Tracking billing milestones
Brand Building
• Generate client references
• Support Marketing and content creatinon
Requirements
• Ideally Bachelors in Information Systems/IT or MBA Graduate with 4-6 years of experience as a Developer or Business Analyst working with software products and solutions
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle
• Excellent relationship building and customer management skills
• Experience within banking domain is preferred
• Experience with MS-Office, Documentation and presentation skills
