Distribution Center Recruitment Marketing Specialist / Sourcer
Rooms To Go is currently looking to hire a Recruitment Marketing Specialist for our Internal Recruiting Department focusing on our Distribution Center hires. This is an expansion position due to the growth of the company. This role will report to our Leader, Talent Acquisition and is responsible for helping us attract great associates who fit our diverse culture. What you will be doing:
The primary focus of this role is on brand awareness, social engagement, and lead generation to attract quality candidates that help recruiters fill their jobs more effectively.
• Supporting the DC Recruiting function by developing and implementing recruitment marketing programs for our Distribution Centers to ensure there is a robust pipeline of candidates to support our hiring targets.
• Increase and maintain updates on Rooms To Go Careers pages presence on social media e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Glassdoor, Twitter, and LinkedIn, from a candidate attraction perspective.
• Develop recruitment advertising and social media campaigns. Produce compelling marketing content to attract highly engaged candidates.
• Participate in social media groups to target candidates for DC hiring needs including job groups specific to cities, states/provinces, and remote work topics that align to sourcing strategy.
• Communicating with potential candidates and maintaining the integrity of our brand
• Create lead generation campaigns by targeting ads to attract candidates that support hiring objectives.
• Research market trends, competitor landscape, and recommend changes to maintain competitive recruitment strategies.
• Identify, research, and assess and recommend prospective, low-cost sourcing partnerships that target underserved communities.
• Research and recommend new avenues to attract candidates, including, but not limited to, building relationships with Trade Schools and Colleges in each of our hiring areas.
• Manage Talent Communities by creating and implementing effective email and text marketing campaigns ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Plan, advertise, and facilitate Hiring Webinars for prospective employees to learn about our company, job openings, and ask questions.
• Support Talent Acquisition team with marketing materials and content including but not limited to copy/edit reviews and writing engaging copy.
• Measure, analyze, and report on campaign and source effectiveness to maximize results and make data-driven adjustments and recommendations in order to achieve results and maximize returns.
• Support for other Talent Acquisition initiatives or projects as assigned.
What were looking for:
• High School Diploma or some college course work completed, ideally with the intention to complete a 4 year degree
• At least two years experience as a Recruitment Sourcing Analyst or Recruitment Marketing Specialist
• AIRS CIR, CDR, CMVR certification preferred or comparable professional designation is strongly preferred
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
• Social media savvy; proven experience in developing and leading social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.) through social media management tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable on camera for virtual audiences
• Above average degrees of independence, initiative, personal accountability and self-motivation are critical
• At least one year of working in a Distribution Center, preferred
• Articulate and professional, enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results are required
• Results oriented: capable of bringing prospects to the next step in the process
• Excellent time management skills, good business acumen, ability to keep HR details confidential
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
