Rooms To Go is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for our Internal Recruiting Department. This role will report to our Leader, Talent Acquisition and is responsible for helping us attract great associates who fit our diverse culture into select Corporate and Retail roles. A successful Recruiter will understand how management behaviors and candidate experiences impact the hiring process and will communicate and/or escalates resolution as needed.

What youll be doing:
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting processes including developing the recruitment strategy and sourcing, qualifying, and closing candidates for assigned Corporate positions
• Ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates are presented for assigned Retail positions
• Actively sources qualified passive candidates using internet databases, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Conduct interview debriefs and assist in driving hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring teams and leaders to build effective sourcing and closing strategies and manages expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
• Educate hiring managers and interviewers on sourcing methodologies to improve hiring effectiveness and metrics.
• Leverage cutting edge recruiting technologies and tools to connect with a broad and diverse talent network.
• Champion the candidate, be their advocate, and create an authentic candidate experience by setting clear expectations and corresponding to them in a timely manner.
• Handle the pipeline building for all high-volume Retail positions.
• Work independently and with the Talent Acquisition Team collaborating with hiring managers, senior and executive business leaders to provide responsive and effective recruitment support and solutions across corporate and sales operations.
What were looking for:
Bachelor's degree
3 to 5 years recruiting, either with an agency or within a corporate internal recruiting department
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others
Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
