Automotive Store Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee local office clerks and receptionists
• Daily Bank Reconciliation and Deposits
• Process accounting and human resources reports as required
• Assist payroll division with any payroll issues and questions
• Process inter-company transactions
• Back up for all desks
Qualifications
• Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have some HR experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have Reynolds experience
