Position Summary:
The Baldwin Risk Partners (BRP) Recruiter must have specialized knowledge and skills obtained through experience and formal training to provide acquisition of key talent with a focus on Analysts, Account Managers, and Advisors, for BRP entities. He/she will be responsible for candidate sourcing and recruitment up to and including interviewing with appropriate colleagues and executives to determine best fit.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Sources active candidates from online databases, contact lists, colleague referrals and individual efforts.
• Sources passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and internet research.
• Plays a key role in supporting the continued growth of Baldwin Risk Partners and its entities by attracting and hiring key talent for existing openings and future growth.
• Manages full cycle recruitment efforts for positions such as: Analysts, Account Managers, and Advisors, for BRP entities.
• Develops working relationships with Business Segment Leaders and Partnered Firms to understand job specifications and drive to fill positions with qualified candidates in a timely manner.
• Increases our presence in the community by establishing relationships with vendors, local universities, and networking organizations, and by attending career fairs in order to ensure a strategic pipeline of qualified talent.
• Continues to evolve, in partnership with the business and HR, a rigorous and structured interview process to ensure BRP is selecting the right talent to achieve its business goals.
Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related concentration is preferred.
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Recruiter in a fast-paced corporate setting.
• Ability to handle multiple searches across multiple business segments and/or entities.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking system/s, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required; knowledge of ADP ATS a plus.
• Must exhibit a sincere outgoing manner that inspires trust, confidence and respect.
• Must possess initiative, independence and excellent follow through.
• Must demonstrate organization’s core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with the firm’s culture.
