Full Job Description Clean Juice Carrollwood, part of the first CCOF and USDA certified organic juice bars in Florida, is looking for a Full Time Cold Press Operator. If you are energetic, enthusiastic, and an outgoing individual who is interested in a healthy lifestyle, we are looking for you!
Job Summary:
The Cold Presser’s primary job function is to operate the Cold Press machine to prepare and bottle cold pressed juices according to Clean Juice’s standards.
Responsibilities:
• Create a quality product in a timely fashion
• Maintain consistency while following recipes
• Able to pay close attention to detail while following recipes, bottling juices, and dating juices for expiration
• Able to follow food prep procedures according to Clean Juice standards
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Abide by all health code requirements
• Adhere to company standards including personal hygiene and appearance
• Adhere to health department codes regarding food sanitation and handling
Qualifications:
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Be able to maneuver heavy machinery without supervision
