We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team to support the development of overall Medtronic strategic initiatives and commercial project. In this role, you will provide financial support and modelling on key business projects and strategies to enable decision making on investments to drive Medtronic revenue, profit and cash flow. This role will work with stakeholders across our operating units and functions across ANZ, APAC and Global.
**A Day in the Life**
+ Business partner with functional and business leaders to provide financial modelling and support for Retail and Alternative Channels, Commercial Excellence, Capital Financing, Portfolio Management and other Medtronic initiatives as required
+ Take a lead role in managing and coordinating Strategic Plan for ANZ
+ Provide strong commercial and financial support to Functional and Business Leaders
+ Deliver special projects / ad-hoc financial reporting as needed.
+ Build and provide tracking and ROI analysis on implemented projects and investment decisions
+ Able to consider and analyse different sources of information, including market, regulatory and commercial, and use this information effectively to drive informed and insight driven decisions
+ Able to partner effectively with other functions and take lead in driving initiatives and projects to drive business results.
+ Drive opportunities for continuous improvement, develop clear points of view and articulate these to management
**Must Have:**
+ Minimum 5 years experience in a Commercial Finance/FPA role working within a complex matrix environment,
+ Demonstrated experience in financial modelling and business partnering in a commercial environment
+ Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence decision making
+ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
+ Exposure and knowledge of marketing, strategy concepts, financial modelling negotiation
+ Demonstrated track record of successful project outcomes
+ CPA/ CA qualified
+ Degree qualifications
**Nice to Have:**
+ Experience with SAP and Business Intelligence (Hyperion) tools
+ Advanced Excel skills
+ Healthcare/Medical Devices multinational industry experience
