JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Generator will develop, maintain, and deliver a healthy prequalified flow into the sales pipeline. There will be opportunity to learn and deliver through the sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure. The position is headquartered at our main office location in Orlando, Florida. The position will include traveling to builder site locations, big box stores and other locals that benefit client contacts.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. The chosen candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently to achieve the desired results.
JOB DUTIES
• Hold self and work output to high levels of expectations.
• Develop a working knowledge of product line.
• Communicate and develop working relationship with customers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into leads.
• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects by conducting research to find new leads
• Provide on-site customer representation.
• Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision makers to begin sales process
• Educate and inform prospects about all of Spraggins’ Service & Product offerings
• Receive inbound prospect calls; answer questions and offer suggestions based on a thorough knowledge of the product line; qualify prospects prior to offering a site visit. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss payment terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
• Overcome objections of prospective customers.
• Client Account maintenance in CRM database, account collections
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Manager to determine necessary strategic sales approaches develop calendar of activities to continually work prospect list
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position.
• Assist with set up sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales action.
• Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
• Attend periodic sales training where applicable
• Be a Key Team Player and assist all sales team where needed for success of entire Sales Team
• Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High School Diploma
Experience:
One year of experience in related field preferred.
No experience needed. We provide training.
